POOL BUDGET
Is there a pool that meets your project’s budget? Pricing is indicated on our pool models pages.
 Yes, I have reviewed pool pricing.

ADDITIONAL BUDGET

• Permits price range approximately; City $400-$4000 – County $1000-$6000
• Earth Removal price range; $900-$4000 (varies on location. approx. avg haul away is $1500)
• Electrical (A Plus Pools provides their electrician) price range; $3500-$5500
• I have accounted for safety barriers in my budget, price range varies.
• If pool must crane over house to get to backyard price range $3500-$9000

 Yes, I have reviewed additional budget costs.

ACCESS
Can heavy equipment get to the construction site of desired pool location?
– Excavators & Skidsteers width is 8 feet access.
 Yes, I do meet the 8 foot requirements for access.

SETBACKS
City/County Setbacks

• 10 feet off foundation
• 5 feet off fence line/property lines
• There are areas in Southern Oregon that have much larger setbacks. (J’Ville, Eagle Pt.)

 Yes, I do meet the necessary setbacks and still have room for a pool position and site evaluation.
